At 3 Seven 10 Enterprise, all sales of construction goods, materials, and services are considered final. Because our products are purchased or fabricated specifically for each project, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been placed or work has begun.
1. Non-Returnable Goods & Materials
Construction materials, electrical panels, solar equipment, and other products ordered through 3 Seven 10 Enterprise are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Special orders, custom-fabricated items, and products installed on-site are final upon purchase.
2. Workmanship Guarantee
While returns are not accepted, we stand by the quality of our work. If there is an issue with installation or workmanship, please notify us within 14 days of completion, and our team will promptly review and address the concern.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If materials arrive damaged or defective prior to installation, please notify us immediately. We will work directly with the manufacturer or supplier to resolve the issue under their warranty terms.
Installed products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty only.
4. Permits & Third-Party Programs
Any fees associated with permits, inspections, or utility rebate programs (such as SCE Charge Ready Home) are non-refundable, as they are administered by outside agencies.
