A Legacy of Craftsmanship
Construction has been in our blood for over 20 years. It all started when Steven Jacobs, founder of 3Seven10, began working in the trades at just 14 years old. Homeschooled from a young age, he spent his time learning hands-on from his brother-in-law, a skilled finish carpenter. That foundation in fine craftsmanship set the tone for everything that followed.
From early kitchen remodels to full-scale builds and solar integrations, Steve learned every aspect of residential construction from the ground up. And now, with a team of professionals who share the same values, 3Seven10 is bringing expert-quality work and honest service to homeowners across Southern California.
